Chatpati is the most famous street food in Bangladesh. The word chatpati means ‘spicy.’ The dish comprises principally of potatoes, chickpeas, and onions and is normally finished off with extra diced chilies or ground boiled eggs. A mix of various spices makes the arrangement of chotpoti so natural at your home. Radhuni chatpati Masala is fresh and tasty.

  1. Rachuni Chatpati Masala – 5 teaspoons
  2. Chatpati Dal (Dbbli)-150 gm
  3. Potatoes – 2 pcs (Medium sized)
  4. Eggs-2 pcs
  5. Chopped Onions cup – as required
  6. Green Chilli – 04 pcs
  7. Tamarind (without seed and fiber) – 20 g
  8. Fuska- 08 pcs
  9. Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
  10. Coriander leaves – as required

Step of Cooking

Soak 150g Chatpati Dal (Dabli) in water for four hours. Boil eggs and potatoes. Cut the boiled egg and potatoes into small pieces. Make Tamarind juice with a cup of 250ml sized cup water. Mix sugar within the tamarind juice. Wash the soaked Chatpati Dal (dabli) properly and boil with 4 cups of 250 ml sized cup water. When Dal becomes tender add RADHUNI CHATPATI MASALA, Tamarind juice, potato slices and blend it well. Then add egg slices, chopped onion, chopped green chilli, coriander leaves and cook on a low flame for four- five minutes. After mixing all ingredients add salt as per your taste. Serve hot with crushed fuska.
