Required elements and quantity:
- Chicken (without skin) – 1.5 kg
- Soyabean Oil – 7 tablespoons
- Radhuni Tandoori Masala – 1 pack
- Sour Yogurt – 1 cup (250 ml sized cup)
- Lemon Juice – 4 teaspoons
- Soya Sauce – 4 teaspoons
- Sugar – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – as required

Step of Cooking | Cut Chicken meat into 6-8 pieces. Wash and sieve it properly. Apply 3-4 deep silts on each piece. Mix sour yogurt, Radhuni tandoori masala, lemon juice, sugar, soya sauce, 5 tablespoons oil, and required salt with meat pieces properly. Marinate 3 hours for broiler chicken and 4-5 hours at least for local chicken. Spread 2 tablespoons oil into the oven tray and arrange chicken pieces in it. Now preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C. Place the tray into the preheated oven and set time 40 minutes for cooking. After 20 minutes, take away the tray from the oven and turn all meat pieces and place them again into the oven. When chicken is roasted turn it on the grill for another 5 minutes. Serve hot with diced cucumber, onion rinngs and lemon. |
