Required ingredients and quantity:
- Beef – 2 kg (without bone and fatless meat)
- Radhuni Kala Bhuna Masala – 1 pack whole
- Chopped Onion -01 cup (250ml sized cup)
- Cubed onion- 01 cup (250ml sized cup)
- Pure Mustard Oil – 01 cup (250ml sized cup)
- Hot tomato sauce – ½ cup (250ml sized cup) (beginning of the cooking)
- Hot tomato sauce -1 tablespoon (end of the cooking)
- Soya sauce- 2 tablespoons
- Salt- as needed

Step of Cooking | Cut meat, wash properly, and take away water from it. Now take chopped onion, whole powdered spices of a massive packet from Radhuni Kala Bhuna Masala, pure mustard oil, soya sauce, ½ cup tomato sauce, required quantity of salt, 1 cup (250 ml sized cup) water and blend properly with meat during a vessel. Cover the vessel and cook it on high heat. Sauté it sometimes during cooking and if required add the required quantity of water for cooking the meat. When meat gets in boiled condition and thick gravy is made, add a whole powdered spice of a small packet from Radhuni Kala Bhuna Masala. Cover the vessel and keep it on low flame. Meantime sauté the meat until the gravy dries up properly and the meat color becomes black color. then 1 tablespoon tomato sauce and cubed onion cover the meat and sauté it sometimes. Now the delicious Beef Kala Bhuna is prepared to eat. |
