- Radhuni Roast Masala – 14 teaspoons or 35gm
- Sour yogurt – 1/2 cup (250 ml sized cup)
- Onion – 1/2 cup (250 ml sized cup)

| Step of Cooking | Fry meat and chopped onion within the heated oil till both being brown and confine two different vessels. Mix sour yoghurt, Radhuni Roast Masala, sugar, fried meat and cup of 250 ml sized cup water with the remaining oil. Saute for a few times. Add water as needed and cook. Once the thick gravy is made, remove the vessel. Garnish fried onion on cooked meat. it's now able to eat. No not to add salt. |
