- Ginger Paste – 2 tablespoons
- Garlic Past – 1 tablespoon
- Edible Oil – 200ml or 13 tablespoons

Step of Cooking | Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces and wash well. Heat oil in a vessel. Fry chopped onions in the heated oil until it becomes light brown. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, Radhuni meat curry masala, 1/2 cup (250 ml sized cup) of water, and fry it on medium flame. When Masala is thoroughly fried and oil comes up, add meat pieces. Cook on high heat till meat pieces are well browned. Pour sufficient quality of water. Cover the vessel while the water is boiling. Cook till the meat becomes tender. Once the thick gravy is formed, remove and serve hot. |
